Documents are reviewed monthly by the Family Selection Committee. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE HIGHLIGHTED PORTION AND RETURN ANY REQUESTED DOCUMENTS WITH YOUR PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT.
